Sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline
FAS-0120
ASAT sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline adopts a sub-chamber structure. The centrifugal locking structure and the working mechanism such as the energy absorption device are placed in the sealed cabin, so that the external environment such as oil, water, gas, dust and other external environments are completely isolated from the power mechanism. Even in harsh environments, the locking performance remains unaffected.
It is especially suitable for high-salt, high-humidity, high-dust environments such as offshore and warehouse. The sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. It is resistant to salt, alkali, low temperature, high temperature, and UV, and can adapt to the harsh offshore environment. The cable is made of φ5mm stainless steel, which has passed the 2000h salt spray test, with stable performance and is secure to use.
The built-in energy-absorbing device with large capacity and high reliability can minimize the impact force acting on users less than 6kN when a fall occurs @150kg. During the self-rescue and rescue process after the fall, if a fall occurs again, the built-in absorber can still minimize the impact force acting on users to 6kN. It is safe for use and rescue.
Under the high temperature environment of 60℃, the sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline can still ensure the normal locking of the 100kg load fall.
The specially designed centrifugal locking structure can automatically adapt to different loads, which can greatly reduce the bounce of the load when a fall occurs, and lock immediately.
The lifting lugs designed for the offshore wind power structure can be connected with the wind power tower footing in various ways, avoiding the use of slings. Under the strong wind at sea, the sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline connection is firm and with slight swing. The lifting lugs also have the function of energy-absorbing.
The sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline has undergone 1,000 full-stroke pull-out and retraction tests; 2,000 reliability tests, with good stability.
The static test strength of the sealed Self-Retracting Lifeline is as high as 16kN.
Equipped with a 360° swivel safety hook to effectively prevent the cable from twist.
