LE-08, a new energy absorber lanyard for our RA1 fall arrester and other traditional fall arresters.

Traditional fall arresters with webbing lanyard or dynamic rope rely on slippage on rope to absorb impact forces, however, the friction between rope and cam will greatly accelerate the wear of the rope sheath, especially for the old rope. 

In addition, when the fall happens above the re-anchor or the stop knot, there’ll be no distance for the fall arrester to slip.

LE-08 lanyard can limit the impact force transmitted to the user, but also to the rope. Up to 250 kg WLL, rated for rescue use, much more safety margin compared with webbing or rope lanyards. Conform to the EN 355:2002 standard.
