Every ASAT product should be carried out the inspection before leaving the factory, such as the appearance, function and performance testing to ensure the safety and reliability in use of the product. Destructive testing for each batch of ASAT products, type tests are carried out to verify the stability of product quality in each year. Experiments were carried out according to CE and national standard. The test included the appearance, texture, dynamic strength, function, power, static strength, abrasion resistance, corrosion, braking, dynamic performance, fatigue test and so on.
