SAFLY H

The SAFLY H horizontal lifeline system is a type of double-cable anchoring system installed in cooperation with the support base and column. 

As an excellent and effective safety protection system, it conforms to the EN795:2012 Class C.

The SAFLY H horizontal lifeline system can be mounted on the wall body and surface of buildings. Pay attention to the strength of the wall body 

or surface of buildings during installation so as to ensure the safety of the anchor points.

Equipped with opening gliders, which runs smoothly along the SAFLY H horizontal lifeline system, and can be installed and removed conveniently at any part of the cable. The glider is connected to the user with a shock absorber.

During movement, the gliders smoothly pass each intermediate supports of the system. 

In case of a fall, the gliders will be suspended on the steel wire cable, and the shock absorber will be opened to minimise the impact force on the user.

Support column

In regard to the vertical walls that cannot be punched, ASAT designed the support column with different height specifications,

for the end and intermediate supports. The columns are made of high quality thick wall steel pipe, adopting 3-point or 4-point fixed mode, which enables the columns to be good stiffness, high strength, and corrosion resistance.

Columns are high bending strength.

Under the impact force of 12kN, there is no significant deviation at the end.

Energy absorption assembly

Consists of anchor point at ends, energy absorbing device, load distribution plate, and Maillon lock.

Minimising the impact force of a fall, indicating the state of fall, positioning the steel wire cable.
Components are further enhanced by electropolishing to provide strong resistance to corrosion and a long service life.
Minimum breaking load of 30 kN.

Self-tensioning assembly

Consist of anchor point at ends, tension indicator, load distribution plate and tensioning device.
Indicating the status of tensioning, adjusting cable tensioning, and positionging steel wire cable.
Components are further enhanced by electro-polishing to provide strong resistance to corrosion and a long service life.
Minimum breaking load of 30 kN.

Intermediate supports
Made of investment casting stainless steel.
Spans up to 15m between intermediate supports
