SARAIL V/C series

SARAIL V/C series vertical fall protection system is a type of rail system that provides continuous protection in the vertical direction, conforms to the EN353-1.

SARAIL V/C series lifeline system is designed for climbing the wind turbines towers, transmission towers, telecom towers, watchtowers, buildings, bridges, piers, masts,

antenna poles, downhole, and various ladders. The vertical fall protection system is fastened onto the fixture, connected to the users with the fall arrester. Users move up 

and down easily and smoothly along the system .Once a fall occurs, the fall arrester will be rapidly locked onto the rail, the shockabsorber of fall arrester will be opened, 

to minimise the impact force acted on the user no more than 6 kN.

The rail is made of high-strength aviation grade aluminum alloy, and processed by means of anodizing on the surface, with the strength higher than that of common iron.
Special reinforced structure of the rail improves the strength.
Precise and firm connection structure is used between rails, to ensure that the connection between rails is smooth.
The top and bottom are equipped with firm limiting devices to effectively avoid the fall arrest from accidental release after reaching the end.
The body of fall arrester introduced the material of aviation grade aluminum alloy.
All the components adopt the CNC precision machining.
Using the patented method of release of a fall arrester allows the fall arrester to be easily removed from the rail with a single hand, and effectively avoids the fall arrester 

from being released accidentally due to misoperation or collision.
All the parts and components of the whole system introduce the material of aluminum alloy or stainless steel, with fine anti-corrosion property.
Manual grinding of key parts ensures high quality of each fall arrester.

The SRL-01 fall arrester is equipped with the shock absorber pack, to effectively minimise the force that acts on the falling person.
