At 8:30 on December 3rd, 2020, our 3 trainers arrived at the wind farm as agreed with Mr. Song, the duty holder on-site.
Due to pandemic of COVID-19, all personnel have to abide by the epidemic prevention measures of the on-site management
as measuring body temperature and showing personal travel information at the entrance of the wind farm. After arriving at
the office, we went through the relevant procedures of admission and operation according to the requirements of the wind farm.
Then all the trainees gathered in the conference room to receive theoretical training. As tohaving had received similar training before,
the trainees concentrated more onthe content of the training,which is different from those trained previously. Thetrainers answered
the questions concerned by the trainees one by one on emergency evacuation and rescue until the trainees was satisfied. Afterwards,
all personnel gathered atthe bottom of the wind tower. At first the trainers instructed the content of the inspection, adjustment and
daily maintenance of PPE before wearing. The practical training on emergency evacuation wasperformed in the first section of the
wind tower. While a trainer was setting up the anchor point, another trainer at the bottom of the wind tower explained the detail
procedures on emergency evacuation. Then all trainees completed the process of emergency evacuation in turn successively under
the supervision of the trainers. The practical training of rescuing one casualty by two rescuers was performed on a ladder for training.
This rescue method is simpler, more efficient and more fault-tolerant than that used previously to rescue one casualty by one rescuer.
After the trainers explained and demonstrated the whole rescue process, all trainees completed the rescues process in group successfully
and passed the examination of the training.

Although going through all the relevant procedures yesterday, we still arrived at the wind farm before 8:30. At first, all the trainees
gathered in the office to receive theoretical training, mainly on usage of PPE, emergency evacuation, rescue, safety precautions,
as well as the brief introduction of overall training arrangement. After arriving at the bottom of the wind tower, all the trainees wore
PPE under the guidance of the trainers and a trainer explained in sequence how to adjust, use and daily maintain PPE. Because the
wind turbine for training is same as that used yesterday, the anchor point set up had not been not removed and only the evacuation
device had been taken away. As to the operating environment today is different from that on the top of the nacelle, at the bottom of
the wind tower, a trainer instructed the trainees about selection of the anchor point and safety precaution of emergency evacuation.
Then all trainees performed the process of emergency evacuation in turn successively. After the explaining overall rescue procedure
and safety precautions, the trainers demonstrated simulated rescue while explaining, and all the trainees, acting as different roles,
performed the rescues process in group successfully and passed the examination of the training.

Same time arrangement as the previous two days, we arrived at the wind farm 10 minutes earlier. After the morning meeting on-site,
all the trainees gathered in the conference room waiting for the theoretical training except a new employee, who was being on the way
back from his leave. Mr. Zhong, the duty holder on-site, confirmed to us that he would not arrive at the site until 11:00am. We decided
to start the training for others first, and arrange a personal training for the new employee after his arrival. In the conference room, we
briefly described today's training arrangement, went through relevant training procedures, and instructed today's training course. After
gathering at the bottom of the wind tower, all the trainees wore PPE according to the requirements, and adjust it to fit under the guidance
of the trainers. The trainers explained the key points of the practice training, focusing on the selection of emergency evacuation opportunity,
the selection and set up of anchor point, and safety precautions during emergency evacuation. The anchor point used today was still same
as that used in the previous days. After preparation was ready, all the trainees successfully completed the training of emergency evacuation.
Due to fewer trainees participated in the training today and they had previous experience of the similar training, we demonstrated the rescue
process while explaining. Then all the trainees, acting as different roles, completed all the training subjects under the supervision of the trainers.

After completion of training in Chengshan Wind Farm we went to Qixia city, the current training location, directly and arrived at where to took rest.
We got up early in the morning and arrived at the wind farm of the training to go through the inspection related to epidemic prevention and
admission procedures. Afterwards, all the trainees gathered in the conference room and signed in sequence in accordance with the training procedure.
The trainers introduced today’s training arrangement and communicate with the trainees on topic of emergency evacuation, rescue, and usage of PPE.
Then all the personnel gathered at the bottom of the wind tower according to the training arrangement. At first, trainer explained in sequence how to
inspect, wear, use and daily maintain PPE, and instructed the trainees how to adjust PPE to fit. Due to thefirst section of the wind tower is not high
enough, and there are power distribution cabinets, fire equipment and other facilities on the bottom of the wind tower, the anchor point set up on
the first section of the wind tower cannot meet the requirements of emergency evacuation training. So, we decided to set up emergency evacuation
system on the second section of the wind tower. Owing to more trainees participated in the training, we decided to divide the trainees into 2 batches
for the practice of the emergency evacuation. After the content related emergency evacuation was explained at the bottom of the wind tower, the
emergency evacuation and protection systems had been set up. Then every trainee completed the process of emergency evacuation successfully
and passed the examination of the training. In the afternoon, we conducted the training on rescue. After explaining the whole rescue process,
we demonstrate the trainees a complete process of rescue. When returning to the bottom, we answered the questions from the trainees related
rescues process which are not understand or unclear for them.After everything was clear, the trainees, acting as different roles, completed the
practical training successfully. Since two trainees were absent from the training in the morning, we arranged the training on emergency evacuation
individually for them after the rescue training was completed.

of safety on-site. With his assistance, we went through the relevant procedures of admission and operation.Today, all the trainees gathered
in the conference room and went through the procedures of sign in according to our training requirements. Then, we explained the content
of the training today to the trainees.After arriving at the bottom of the wind tower, a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear,
adjust, precautions in use, daily storage and cleaning of PPE at first.The explanation of emergency evacuation was also completed at the
bottom of the wind tower at the same time. The anchor point used for emergency evacuation is the oneset up yesterday. Everyone climbed
up to the second platform by the ladder in turn. After preparation was ready, all the trainees successfully passed the examination of the
emergency evacuationtraining. After the whole rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while
explaining, and then the trainees practiced the rescue operation.In the afternoon after lundh, we set off to the next training location,
Zhucheng, and arrived at where to take rest.

We arrived in Zhucheng 2 days in advance to take rest. We had got in contact with the duty holder on-site yesterday.Knowing that the
downtown area is congested normally in the morning, we set off early and arrived at the wind farm for training before 8:30am.We passed
through the epidemic prevention inspection in the entrance of the farm, and went through the relevant procedures of admission and operation
in the office building.After the morning meeting on-site, according to the overall arrangement of on-site work, all the trainees gathered in the
conference room to receive the theoretical training.In the following days, the trainees without taking practical training today only need to go
to the WTG for training to process the practical training. A trainer introduced the profile of our company and the detail arrangement of the
training in the conference room.Then, we communicated with the trainees on the topics of emergency evacuation, rescue and set up of anchor
point, and briefly introducedhow to wear and use PPE properly. The 11 trainees taking part in practical operationtoday gathered at the bottom
of the wind tower. At first, a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of
PPE.The practical training of emergency evacuation should be processed at first section of the wind tower. As to the simulated environment for
emergency evacuation on site today is quite different from that in nacelle, we explained in detail to the trainees about selection of evacuation
opportunity, preparation of emergency evacuation, anchor point selection and safety precaution of emergency rescue.While one trainer was
going up to the first section of the wind tower to set up the anchor point, another one stayed at the bottom for protection.After the setup of
the anchor point for emergency evacuation was completed, all the trainees successively performed the process of emergency evacuation
and passed the examination of the practical training. In the afternoon, the practical training of rescue was conducted. After the whole
rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining, and communicated with the trainees
for the details to pay attention to later. Then the 8 trainees, acting as different roles, performed the rescues process successfully and
passed the examination of the training.Threetrainees did not take practical training of rescue because of two suffering from lumbar disc
herniation and one on duty.

Due to heavy work of thewind farm recently,it was difficult to gather all trainees together for training at a time. According to the work
arrangement of the wind farm, the trainees were divided in two batches for training in the morning and afternoon respectively. The
training contents were instructed in accordance with the training courses in sequence, and there was no any change or omission in
the training contents due to the batch arrangement of the trainees. The theoretical training was completed yesterday already. Today,
according to the training arrangement,all the trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind towerand went through the relevant procedures
before the training.Then a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage
of PPE. The trainees wore and fitted their PPE properly under guidance of the trainers. The anchor point for emergency escape was
set up yesterday. At the bottom of the wind tower, after we explained in detail to the trainees about preparation of emergency evacuation,
anchor point selection and safety precaution of emergency rescue,all trainees completed the practical training of emergency evacuation
in turn.After explaining the whole process of rescue, 2 trainers demonstrated a complete rescue process corporately and explained some
key points of the rescue which should be pay attention to. After everythingwas clear, the trainees in groups completed the practical
training successfully.

Due to heavy work of the wind farm recently and some trainees on their leave, only 7 trainees couldreceive the training today.
The training of rest trainees should be arranged in other wind farms. After the morning meeting on-site, all the trainees attending
training today gathered at the bottom of the wind tower and went through the relevant procedures for admission and trainingin
accordance with the provisions. The training started from the first course on PPE. A trainer explained in sequence how to inspect,
wear, adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE in details. The trainees wore and fitted their PPE properly
under the guidance of the trainers. The anchor points used for emergency evacuation were set up previously. We explained in
details the procedures and safety precautions on emergency evacuation before the practice of emergency evacuation was conducted.
Then all trainees completed the practical training of emergency evacuation as arranged. After explaining the whole process of rescue,
we demonstrated a complete rescue process and explained some key points of the rescue which should be pay attention to.
Then the trainees completed the practical training successfully under the supervision of the trainers.

The training schedule had been confirmed with the duty holder on-site of the wind farm in advance.The training location is 40 minutes
away from Zhucheng by car. After the training in Zhucheng, we decided to have rest in Zhucheng for days. In the early morning after
breakfast, we set off to the training location and arrived at where10 minutesearlier as scheduled, and went through the inspection
related to epidemic prevention and admission procedures.After meeting with the duty holder on-site, wewere informed that there was
animportant meeting to be held today as temporarily decided, so we had to cancel theoretical training and change it to the explanation
on-site.After going through the procedures of admission and operation as required, all the trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind
tower, starting the training today.At the bottom of the wind tower, we explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions
in use, cleaning, daily maintenance and storage of PPE. The trainees wore and fitted their PPE properly under guidance of the trainers.
Because of the special structure of the wind tower, the practice of the emergency evacuation was processed on the third platform, and
the lifting hole in the wind tower wasselected as the anchor point for emergency evacuation.After preparation was ready, 7 trainees
uccessfully complete the process of the emergency evacuation and 1 trainee failed to do so due to his own reasons. The training of
rescue began at 1:30 p.m.After the whole rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while
explaining, and then the trainees completed the practical training of rescue successfully under the supervision of the trainers.

work these days, we decided to conduct training to the trainees in two batches in the morning and afternoon respectively. After
going through the admission and operation procedures in the conference room, all the trainees gathered here to receive theoretical
training. We also described the overall arrangement of the training today and coordinated it with relevant parties.Then all the
trainees gather at the bottom of the wind tower and a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions
in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees there. At the first section of the wind tower, we explained in details
the procedures and safety precautions on emergency evacuation. After preparation was ready, all the trainees successfully complete
the process of the emergency evacuation. After the whole rescue process was explained, the trainers demonstrated the complete
rescue steps while explaining, and then the trainees completed the practical training of rescue successfully in accordance with the
rescue specifications.

The wind farm for the training today is a little bit far from the hotel we stayed, about an hour by car. We arrive at there before 9:00am.
Due to some trainees in the wind farm are busy on duty recently, we decided to conduct training to the trainees in two batches in the
morning and afternoon respectivelyafter consultation with the farm director. After going through the procedures of admission and operation
as required, all the trainees gathered in the duty office instead of conference room to receive theoretical training because a meeting was
being held in the conference room. We described the overall arrangements for training, the training effect expected, briefly introduced
the contents of emergency evacuation and rescue, and explained the usage of PPE. Then all the 5 trainees receiving the training in the
morning gathered at the bottom of the wind tower. As to the harness used on site is different from that we brought for training today,
a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees
in details.Due to the first section of the wind tower is not high enoughand there are a lot of equipment and facilities on the bottom of
the wind tower, the practical training was conducted on the third platform. After the anchor point of emergency evacuation was set up,
all the trainees successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation successfully by means of evacuation equipment. After the
whole rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining, and then the trainees completed
the practical training of rescue successfully under the supervision of the trainers. At 2:00pm, we started to conduct training to the trainees
of the second batch. The content and arrangement of the training is same as that in the morning.

salterns, which results in the road to the wind farm is poor, we set off early in the morning and arrived at the wind farm before 9:00.
Due to some trainees was busy on themaintenance work of WTG recently, we decided to shorten the time of theorical training after
communicating with the duty holder on-site. After going through the admission and operation procedures in the conference room,
we described the overall arrangements for the training and briefly introduced the contents of emergency evacuation and rescue to the trainees.
The rest of training courses were instructed at the site of the wind tower.All the trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind tower and a trainer
explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use, cleaning, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees in details.
The training of emergency evacuation was conducted in the first section of the wind tower. While a trainer was setting up the emergency evacuation
system, another trainer at outside of the wind tower explained in detail to the trainees about selection of evacuation opportunity, preparation of emergency
evacuation, anchor point selection and principle ¶meters of evacuation device. After the anchor point of emergency evacuation was set up, all the
trainees successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation under supervision of the trainers. After the whole rescue process was explained,
2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining.At the bottom of the wind tower, we explained to the trainees about the rescue
details to pay attention to, selection and set up of the anchor point for rescue,and rope guiding process before rope lowering. After everything was clear,
the trainees, taking different roles, completed the practical training of rescue successfully under supervision of trainers.

arrangement of the wind farm, we postponed the training scheduled on 20th to today.We arrive at the wind farm at 8:20am. Both trainers
and we went through the admission and operation procedures for training in the conference room. In the conference room we instructed
the content of theoretical training, including thebrief introduction of evacuation device, preparation before emergency evacuation, selection
of evacuation opportunity, selection of the anchor points for emergency evacuation and safety precaution for emergency evacuation.Then
trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind tower and a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use,
daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees in details.After the anchor point of emergency evacuation was set up, all the trainees
successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation by means of evacuation equipment.After the whole rescue process was explained,
2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining, and then the trainees completed the practical training of rescue
successfully under the supervision of the trainers.

Due to some trainees was busy on the maintenance work of WTG recentlyand absent for leave, we decided to conducted the training
in 2 batches in the morning and afternoon respectively every day. At first, all the trainees gathered in the conference room to receive
theoretical training. About the practice training in the next few days, we informed our schedule to the duty holder on-site for his convenient
in the arrangement in advance. Then all the trainees attending the practice training in the morning gathered atthe nearest WTG, and a
trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use, cleaning, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees
in details.The training of emergency evacuation was conducted on the first platform of the wind tower. After the anchor point of emergency
evacuation was set up, all the trainees successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation by means of the evacuation device under
the protection of the trainers.After the whole rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining.
The trainees, acting as different roles, completed the practical training of rescue successfully.Among them, 2 trainees are office staff, who seldom
accessed the wind tower, were not skilled in the practice of the rescue process. Under the trainers’ guide, they practiced the rescue process again
successfully. The training arrangement and contents in the afternoon for the second batch of the trainees are same as that in the morning.

Some trainees could not receive the training today due to leave. The trainees presented for training were less than that expected and
all of them are office staffs (2 new employees). Yesterday, we had conducted the theoretical training in the conference room to all the
trainees already. Today, all the trainees participating in the training gathered at the bottom of the wind tower, and a trainer explained
in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees in details, as well
as the safety precautions of emergency evacuation, selection of anchor point for emergency evacuation. The anchor point for emergency
evacuation was set up already yesterday. All the trainees successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation under supervision of
the trainers.After the whole rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining. At the bottom
of the wind tower, we explained to the trainees about the rescue details to pay attention to, selection and set up of the anchor point for rescue,
and rope guiding process before rope lowering. Then thetraineescompleted the practical training of rescue successfully under supervision of trainers.

After the training on 23rd, we went to Zhanhuaand arrived at where to take rest. After communicating with the duty holder on-site we know
that the wind farm was ready for the training as scheduled instead of ahead of time. We arrived at the wind farm at 9:00am and went through
the relevant procedures for admission and operation. At 9:30, we started to conduct the theoretical training in the conference room, focusing on
the content of emergency evacuation that was most concerned by the trainees. In addition, we brieflyintroduced the content regarding PPE.
Then all the trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind tower for the part of the practical training about PPE. We explainedin sequence how to inspect,
wear, adjust, precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees in details, and made necessary demonstrations. Because the wind
farm is located at a harsh environment (surrounded by saltern and oilfield), special attention should be paid on maintenance and storage of PPE, focusing
on moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.The training of emergency evacuation is processed in the first section of the wind tower and the anchor point for
emergency evacuation wasset up on the ladder at the side where there is no obstacle in the pathway below. After the evacuation and protection systemswere
set up, all the trainees successfully complete the practice of emergency evacuation under the protection of trainers. The method used for rescue is to rescue
one casualty by two rescuers on the ladder. We explained the key points of rescue, focusing on set up of anchor point, usage of rescue devices, inspection
and protection of casualty. Then we demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining and all the trainees completed the practical training of rescue
successfully under supervision of the trainers.

ZhanhuaWuli wind farm is the last location of the training in GuohuaShandong Branch. We contacted the duty holder on-site in advance
and learned that an important meeting would be held today, and the training schedule postponed for 1 hour.We arrived at the site of the
wind farm 9:30am and went through the relevant procedures in accordance with the requirements. In the conference room we conducted
the theoretical training. We described the overall arrangements for training and briefly introduced the contents of emergency evacuation
and shared some experiences concerning rescue with the trainees. We also introduced selection of the anchor point for emergency
evacuation, usage of evacuation devices, safety precaution for emergency evacuation and the function of evacuation devices.
Then all the trainees gathered at the bottom of the wind tower and a trainer explained in sequence how to inspect, wear, adjust,
precautions in use, daily maintenance and storage of PPE to the trainees in details. Because the first, second and third platform
is occupied by the electric distribution cabinets used for the service lift installed, the conditions of where are not suitable to process the
training of emergency evacuation. So, we decided to process the training of emergency descent on the fourth platform. After anchor point
for emergency evacuation was set up, all the trainees gathered on the fourth platform and completed the practical training of emergency
evacuation under the supervision of the trainers in turn.The practical training of rescue was processed on the first platform. After the whole
rescue process was explained, 2 trainers demonstrated the complete rescue steps while explaining. When everting was clear, all the trainees
completed the practical training of rescue successfully.
